3. Hospitals’ Responsibilities

Hospitals using the OnePint Plus platform are responsible for:

• Conducting all necessary medical tests to determine donor eligibility and compatibility.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and medical standards.
• Addressing any disputes or issues related to donor and patient interactions.

OnePint Plus is a platform provider and is not responsible for the medical testing, safety, or outcomes of blood donation processes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePint Plus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Errors or inaccuracies in user-provided information.
• Medical testing, blood collection, or transfusion procedures performed by hospitals.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our services.
• Any other issues arising from your use of the platform.
