You have the right to delete your account and all associated data.

This page guides you through permanently removing your OnePint Plus account and all personal information we have stored.

How to delete your account

    Open the OnePint Plus app

    Launch the app on your mobile device and make sure you're logged in.

    Navigate to Settings

    Tap Settings from the main menu or your profile section.

    Go to the Profile tab

    Find and tap the “Edit Profile” button.

    Select Delete Account

    Scroll down and tap the “Delete Account” option.

    Confirm your request

    Read the confirmation message carefully and confirm your decision to delete your account.

Important notice

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This includes:

  • Your profile information
  • Blood donation history
  • Messages and communications
  • App preferences and settings
  • All other personal data
